Gulf Coast Village’s Jennifer Cohen earns Keiser University’s Outstanding Fieldwork Educator Award

Certified occupational therapist assistant (COTA) Jennifer Cohen of Gulf Coast Village, a continuing care retirement community in Cape Coral, was recently awarded the Outstanding Fieldwork Educator Award from Keiser University during the university’s Associate of Science in Occupational Therapy Assisting (ASOTA) pinning and graduation ceremony. The award was presented to Cohen in recognition of her efforts to provide fieldwork education for health care students of Keiser University.

“We are proud of Cohen and her continued commitment to preparing students to excel in the field of health care,” said Kevin Ahmadi, executive director of Gulf Coast Village. “Her skills make a positive impact within our Gulf Coast Village community, and in the lives of future health care professionals as well.”
