Palmview at Gulf Coast Village earns ‘Best Assisted Living Facility’ award for Cape Coral
CAPE CORAL, Fla. (July 9, 2019) – Palmview at Gulf Coast Village has been named “Best Assisted Living Facility” through Breeze Newspapers’ annual Best of Cape Coral reader’s choice awards.
Palmview, a 130,980-square-foot assisted living and memory care facility, opened in April 2017 and features a distinct coastal Florida design and color palate. Residents enjoy spacious, well-appointed one-bedroom or two-bedroom suites featuring kitchens with modern appliances and walk-in closets. Each unit comes equipped with a smart TV and complimentary Wi-Fi, and some residences also include a washer and dryer.
Amenities at Palmview include a media room for entertaining with drop screens for videos, movies or presentations, six on-site dining venues and several recreational areas where residents can participate in a variety of events and programs. Palmview offers residents a mix of engaging opportunities, encourages an active lifestyle and enriches residents’ daily experiences.
Palmview is part of the Gulf Coast Village community, a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) that offers the full continuum of care for adults over age 62, encompassing independent living, assisted living, specialized memory support, skilled nursing, home health and rehabilitation services. Gulf Coast Village is celebrating its 30th anniversary in 2019.
The Best of Cape Coral awards program is an annual recognition created by Breeze Newspapers, which publishes the Cape Coral Daily Breeze and seven weekly newspapers in Southwest Florida.
