We’re the only CCRC (continuing care retirement community) in Care Coral, with lifetime access to quality, on-site healthcare at predictable rates.

When you choose a CCRC like Gulf Coast Village, you’ll have care for life. A CCRC offers residency, a wide range of community services and amenities, and long-term care for as long as you need it. Your rate for care is predetermined and lower than standard market rates. You can face the future with confidence, knowing you never have to move if your health needs change.

Apartment homes are designed for relaxing, entertaining and an on-the-go lifestyle. We offer open plan designs – from studios to 2-bedrooms – all with lanais and full-sized kitchen appliances, walk-in closets, and the opportunity to add your personal touches.

Your cats or smaller-size dogs (up to 2 cats or 2 dogs under 30 pounds) are welcome here. We have a pet-play area for your furry, feathered or finned friend.

Fees depend on the size and type of residence you choose, as well as the number of occupants. An entrance fee is paid upon move-in and provides lifetime access to the healthcare services in our community. Your entrance fee is refundable to your estate, with a varying percentage tied to your contract. A recurring monthly fee covers your use of daily services and amenities.

Yes, occasionally there are increases in monthly fees to offset the cost of utilities, staff salaries and operating expenses. However, you will be notified in advance of any price increase.

The only additional cost above your regular monthly fee is to cover any extra meals, plus any ancillary costs such as prescriptions, IV therapy and personal laundry.

For those who prefer to remain in their own home for as long as possible, our member-based program — Senior Choice at Home, brings the lifetime benefits of our continuing care community to you. We also offer pay-as-you-go home healthcare services for specific needs: Home Care for private-duty non-clinical daily assistance and Home Health provides for clinical care from highly skilled medical professionals. Many of our fees and services are Medicare-certified and/or tax-deductible – please contact us for details.

We’re guided by Christian principles and welcome people from all beliefs and faith traditions, including those who don’t follow a particular spiritual path. There are many ways to express your spirituality at Gulf Coast Village, including:
