Gulf Coast Village to break ground on new assisted living and memory care center in Cape Coral, first of a three-phase redevelopment project

WHAT: Groundbreaking ceremony for Palmview, the new state-of-the-art, 130,980-square-foot assisted living and memory care center at Gulf Coast Village, a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) in Cape Coral. The start of construction marks the first of a three-phase health care redevelopment project at the continuing care retirement community.

Founded more than 25 years ago, Gulf Coast Village is a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) in Cape Coral, Florida and offers the full continuum of care for residents, as needed, encompassing:  independent living, assisted living, specialized memory support, skilled nursing, outpatient services and home health care.

Gulf Coast Village is sponsored by Volunteers of America, a national non-profit faith-based organization, one of the nation’s largest nonprofit providers of quality, affordable housing for seniors and a major provider of professional long-term care, including assisted living, home health care and nursing home care.
