Gulf Coast Village Welcomes New Palmview Assisted Living Administrator
Gulf Coast Village, Cape Coral’s only Life Plan Community and Volunteers of America National Services (VOANS) announces Kendra Noble, MBA, LNHA, as their new Palmview Assisted Living Administrator.
Noble, a lifelong resident of Cape Coral, Florida received a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Florida Gulf Coast University and an M.B.A. in healthcare management from Western Governors University. Her previous work experience includes positions in public health, dermatology, and emergency medicine.
“Kendra’s leadership will help us further enhance our person-centered approach to assisted living, providing a warm and nurturing environment where each resident feels valued and empowered,” said VOANS Regional Vice President of Senior Living Operations Ryan Keller. “We are excited to see the positive impact she will have on our residents, their families, and our entire team.”
Noble’s first exposure to Gulf Coast Village was during a nursing home administrator internship at the senior living campus, where she shadowed the care center administrator. After receiving her nursing home administrator license, she was employed as a project coordinator and then later care center administrator.
“My favorite aspect of working in senior care is the dynamic and ever-evolving nature of the field,” Noble said. “It keeps me engaged and offers opportunities to collaborate with diverse teams and continuously learn while positively impacting others. I am looking forward to building strong relationships with the staff, residents, and their families at Palmview, while making a positive impact on the community.”
Outside of work, Noble enjoys spending time with her two beloved pets, Benji and Rose, and enjoys traveling to explore new destinations.
